I am sorry that your vehicle was late  I am also sorry that you feel that I was not responding up to your standard  Like I told you when there are 2 Time Zones  ( 3 hour deference )  sometimes it takes a little longer to get the information that you want so fast  Just like when I asked you if your son received is car you got back to me 6 hours later  By that time I found out what had happened  They were on there way to delivering the vehicle to your son and NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE 3x they claim   The dispatcher pushed the delivery button thinking it was delivered  (He apologized )  He said that won't happen again  And I am also SORRY that you car got a little DIRTY  LOL ( 2600 miles later)   For the nail in one of your new tires you just put on before we picked up the car   I put a claim in for you asap  And the carrier said they will review it and get in contact  with you     You booked the Job on 10/25 you wanted to be picked up on 10/27 2 days later   (AND YOU WERE)  So lets see   Booked on 10/25  P/U 10/27 delivered on 11/11
