My husbands vehicle broke down out of state and we decided to transport it back to Charlotte for the necessary repairs. Our last resort was to deal with an auto transport company so I sent out a quote request to various companies. Dominick called me that same day and from our initial conversation I felt comfortable with entrusting him to arrange my transport. There was a slight hick-up which was no fault of his, but he didn't give up. The next time I heard from him which was only a day or two later he said my vehicle was being picked up that day and sure enough it was!!! It was delivered the next day to the drop off location. I hope to never need this service again, BUT should I ever do or know of anyone that does I will certainly recommend Dominick at DNA Auto Transport. I thank him for his services and especially his honest work ethics.
