My first contact with this company was on a Sunday when no other companies answered their phone. I'm glad Eileen of DNA Autotransport did!! She and her brother Dominick (dispatcher) were fantastic in all aspects of shipping my car. They were professional, humorous, and never tired of my frequent calls. They were available at all hours of the day to answer my endless questions. They reassured me so many times that the process would work (this was my first time shipping a vehicle). With so many con artists out there, I was apprehensive to say the least. Everything worked out just as promised. Even better was their price...one of the lowest quotes I got. At least 6 other companies quoted $500-900 higher!
DNA Autotransport is the best... You can't go wrong with the personal attention from this dynamic brother-sister duo. Would DEFINITELY use them again!!!!!
