Thankfully, this review site allows ZERO stars, which is what this company truly deserves. This company has no integrity. I guess to them, it is perfectly fine for their contracted driver to unload our vehicles, park them for 5 days while a “hot run” is done and then DRIVE my car (a 2017 Jaguar F-Pace) to Wendy’s. The company has acknowledged that all of the above happened, and their solution is a $200.00 refund of the $3500.00 they charged me. They claimed to have refunded my $200.00 deposit, but it still has not appeared on my card. They questioned my knowledge and understanding of my vehicle and even after receiving positive proof, they still did nothing. They have repeatedly lied to me and they are trying a stall tactic hoping I will just go away. Not happening. It is stressful enough doing a cross country military move. Having to deal with this type of service is completely unacceptable. Our vehicles were not picked up in a timely manner even though plenty of advance planning had happened, nor were they delivered as promised. I was also charged $500.00 plus over my quoted price. I DARE them to dispute this review.
