I purchased a Plymouth GTX at the Kissimmee Mecum Auction on 1/9/2019 and contacted DIY Transporters on 1/10/2019 in the morning and spoke with Gary. I had already spoken with him and other car haulers, but he seemed very genuine. He held to the previous quote he had given me for my vehicle transport and I told him I needed a bill of laden or some kind of paperwork to give to the Mecum personal so I wouldn't have to pay the Florida sales tax. I wanted to pay the RI sales tax when I registered the car in Rhode Island. He had Jessica call me back in 5 minutes and I told her the paperwork I needed and she e-mailed it to me within 10 minutes. The car hauler was a few hours late but they all are late to pick up. He was very professional loading my car on 1/12/2019 and it was delivered today at 11:45 am and appeared to be in the same condition as loaded. I will definitely use DIY Transport again. 5 star satisfied
