I was very happy with the service I received from DIYTransport. I purchased a car on the west coast and had it shipped to western NY. It arrived in perfect condition a few days ahead of the estimate. Brandon was quick to return my calls and emails when I had a question. The transport driver team was very professional. I would not hesitate to use DIY Transport again. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the carrier dispatcher did not contact me by the date I was given. Technically not DIY's fault, but it did frustrate me at the time. Brandon did get that corrected very quickly, though, and the car was picked up shortly after that.
