WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

If I could give negative stars I would!!! DO NOT GET TAKEN A FOOL LIKE WE DID!!! They promise you the world, but once they take your credit card number you are screwed!! We were told we have someone lined up to pick up your vehicle right now and will be delivered within 24 hours. Lies all lies!! They tell you this and its not true, once you sign the terms and conditions you CAN NOT CANCEL until your 5 day window has expired. They knew they had no drivers coming to our location from the very beginning and they only told us they did because if you cancel before the 5 days they charge you a $75 cancellation fee. It does not matter if anyone has picked up the order or not. In which our case no one was going to because supposedly our quote was too low??? They are the ones that quoted that "cash price"???? We didn't set our own price?? We were willing to pay more based on their reviews, which are probably fake! We had agents talking down to us and agents hanging up on us because we were upset. We had to wait for our 5 day window to finally cancel without getting charged. Tiffany was very rude when my husband spoke to her and when he kept asking her for her name she hung up on him. I called back and spoke to a nice lady that was willing to help us finally and cancelled our order with out charge. 7 days wasted we could of had our vehicle since last week!!! I called back to try and get her name so I could complain on her and she gave herself away stating she couldn't cancel the order because it was going to be $75, little did she know it had been cancelled already. When I tried calling back to report her to her supervisor she kept putting me on hold and sending me to voicemail. I had to call from a different number for her to pick up the phone and finally was able to speak a supervisor Nathaniel to advise him of the horrible experience we had with their company. So I would suggest to book your transport somewhere else!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! We booked through another company finally and we should have our vehicle by tomorrow....What has happened with customer service?? WOW!!!
