I shipped my car from Seattle, WA to Orange County, CA -- DIY was fantastic. Brandon helped me schedule the pick-up range. Eugene (driver) was called me a week prior, 24 hours prior, and the day of. He provided a close drop-off location because my residential street was too small for his pick-up truck. He did a thorough inspection of the car exterior and gave me a receipt. The car was delivered 6 days later. Eugene continued the same line of communication with my relatives, who received my car. Everything was super easy. The rates were lower than everything else I saw, and I did my research. I recommended them immediately to my friend who was doing a similar ship.
