Not the be cliche, but I’m not usually a “review writer” BUT DIY was the ONLY company to maintain excellent communication, clear direction, and accurate quoting throughout the process - definitely worth the 5-star recognition. Gary was great to work with and he (and his team when he was out) called me with updates // explained any standard pauses in the process. Both of my cars were transported across country in a timely manner and I knew exactly what to expect due to Gary’scommunication. Anyone who cares about quality of service should use DIY.
