I had a contacted another auto transport company and given them more than 10 day notice to pick up my car - I called more than 20 times, got the answering machine, and by the 10th day, they admit that they failed to secure a carrier. I then contacted Charity at DIY Transport. Charity secured a carrier for me within 2 days, updated me, and the carrier picked up my car on time. After pickup, the carrier updated me and the driver contacted me 24 hr before delivery. My car was delivered on time. This is the most efficient and professional auto transport company I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with. I would definitely reach out to Charity at DIY transport for my next move.
