DIY gave me a lowball offer so I went with them. They gave me a window they were going to pick up my car and they were over a week late. I heard nothing from them when i asked when my car might actually be picked up and all they told me was that the route was busy and they had no information - for A WEEK! I was out of pocket traveling during the time my car was to be picked up, so that made things even more frustrating. After a week and a half, they told me they could open it up for a bid, so i ended up going with Brothers Motors (who was great) but i paid an extra $300. What a nightmare - i will never recommend DIY to anyone.
