We apologize for the experience you had with our company. After reviewing your file that was booked on May 18th, it appears we had assigned your vehicle to a carrier on May 23rd, the deposit was the taken for $150 on May 23rdnafter our dispatch team confirmed with you before assigning this carrier to pickup your vehicle. The deposit (taken off of the total) is charged at the time of dispatch before we can officially send a carrier out for pickup. We will hold this carrier accountable to their actions and unresponsiveness along with delaying the delivery of your vehicle. We are very sorry for the ordeal you went through and we have credited your card $100.
