Purchased a car on ebay. Needed it shipped from Vallejo California to Anacortes WA. Saw the DIY ad on the ebay ad. Called and signed up. A few weeks went by with nothing but their standard email that I'm sure they send to everyone whose car has not been picked up (we are working hard). Then the call that none of the dispatchers would bring the car past Seattle.After that it became easier, I have a home in both Seattle and Anacortes, I'll just have the car delivered in Seattle, and drive it up to Anacortes a 1 & 1/2 hour drive. Well the day of delivery then became ambiguous, Wed or Thurs or Fri. I stayed in Seattle waiting.Finally I called the transporter.., oh, it is in Auburn, just south of Seattle in our warehouse.They agreed to deliver. It was delivered at 5 pm, I hopped on the freeway in rush hour traffic in a car I had never driven. A good ending to the story, the car was a dream.More communication would have been great in the beginning with DIY and their contractor when the car was picked up.
