I purchased a vehicle from IAAI Ohio and needed a tow truck to transport it to Indianapolis. I googled towing companies in west Chester and I was given about 5 of them. The first company said they can’t meet up with the time that I have to wait till following Monday before anything can be done..the second company I called charged $400 which I believed is too much. I eventually called the third company which turn out to be DIY- exceptional customer service from Chris, he charged $300 and I assured me of picking up my vehicle from IAAI same day and he did exactly. Although the vehicle wasn’t delivered until following day which works perfect with my schedule. A follow up called from Christian a lady that work with Chris. Also, the driver “ Chuck” I hope you made it back quickly to see your dad who was in the hospital. You guys are great!! I will sure patronize DIY again !!!
