after having had a horrible experience with Elite i switched over to DIY- forfeiting the deposit i had left with Elite and giving another deposit to DIY. Believe me i was nervous about doing so - my distrust level for the industry was sky high. I am delighted to report the DIY lived up to its promises. the driver contacted me repeatedly, gave me updates, was 100% professional and met all his own time estimates. Based on this experience i would recommend this company. The company followed up by phone to make sure the pick up and delivery were satisfactory
