We recently moved from Los Angeles to Charlotte. We had booked with another carrier who tried a bait/switch at the last min and we were sent scrambling for a solution. Lindsay from DIY was able to book a carrier in less than 24 hours, our 2 cars were picked up a day later and were delivered 2 days early in Charlotte. Overall communication was great from both DIY and the drivers.
