Spoke with Kristen after a previously hired transport company backed out the day my car was supposed to be shipped and the night before I left for a flight. Kristen was able to get me a carrier within less than 24 hours of the time I contacted her and made the stress of the process basically go away. I couldn't be present when the car was picked up and that was not a problem as Kristen and I were able to work something out. Honest company, could not say enough good things about this company especially with all the scam artists out there when it comes to auto transport. Also, car was delivered 2 days prior to the expected arrival date.
