After having my car posted for one week with another company, they called to inform me the rate would have to nearly double for my bid to be picked up, claiming that "no one wants to drive through Rhode Island." Frustrated, I called DIY, where I had the pleasure of working with Angel to arrange a new shipping order. I had a new bid for much less than the other company the very next day, and my car was picked up the day after. My experience with transporting my car from RI to TX could not have been smoother. Driver was available throughout via text and phone and provided updates en route. Car was delivered two days earlier than anticipated without a scratch or ding. Much appreciated!!
