I'd used a "local" company based on word of mouth...(one friend) last year and using DIY this year was so much better. I appreciated them staying in touch with me as often as they did....informing me of their progress in finding the right driver etc. The drivers they did use were also professional and it was impressive the way they took pics before & after, had all the necessary paperwork in order, etc.
Overall DIY is an efficient & honest company I hi-ly recommend.
