I had a very good experience with DIY. I was somewhat frustrated at first with my primary contact person . He was real nice and helpful, I just wish he would have kept me in the loop a little better. My second contact was Rana and she was awesome and real nice. She got me a driver and coordinated it all very well and quick. The driver was fine and the car arrived in one piece with no damage. I would definitely recommend and use DIY again.
