2 other companies said they could move our trailer when I contacted them a month in advance of needing it moved. 1 week before we needed it picked up I contacted the other companies who told me they had raised the price and it looked like they 'couldn't make it happen'. I hustled and contacted DIY who immediately hopped on it and had a driver the next day.
The hardest part was having cash at the drop site when you don't know when it will arrive and you don't live in the same state. We worked that out but still had a minor hiccup that got resolved after a few phone calls.
I appreciated DIY's swift communications and skill in locating a driver quickly and delivering our somewhat tender trailer in one piece.
