I placed two cars for pickup in North Carolina with this company. I had gotten frustrated from two other transport companies that promised the pickup and did not deliver.
DIY handled the matter in a professional manner. Kept me informed on what was going on. They relayed to the driver our business hours and the driver conformed within those times. In fact he was a day early which really never happens.
The driver was pleasant and had a good attitude.
