I am very satisfied with this company. Marge, the dispatcher was very helpful and responsive. Each text I sent was promptly responded. She was able to help me find a drive in a day during the holidays. The driver, Nathan, was also very proactive. all throughout the few days and during the towing, I was updated with the latest time of arrival and where we were in the journey. The drive even made special arrangements for my car because we live in a subdivision, too narrow for a truck.
