Five start service. I had very short time to tow my vehicle from dealer's location. I went online and published request on the network web site. Shortly after i received a phone call from Orlando, representative of Crystal Car Shipping company. I don't have any experience and initially was very skeptical. I was looking for hidden loopholes in the agreement and when didn't find them decided to move on. The whole process went spotless. I received email with driver's name and delivery date the same day. No money where charged upfront until the moment when my vehicle was actually loaded on the carrier's track. Only 2 days, folks, I want to repeat that - 2 days between I was contacted by Orlando and vehicle actually dropped by the door of my house. No hidden charges, no surprises, all fees and taxes were included into initial quota. Thank you guys and will contact you again.
