Our Class C RV broke down on Cape Cod in early Oct 2021. It had to be towed from Provincetown, MA to a Ford dealer in Chatham, MA for repair. The repair work unfortunately was going to take more time than we expected so we rented a car and drove home to Colorado. Then started the horror of dealing with transport brokers. Our first was located in Florida. They sent transporters who had no clue how to transport a Class C RV that weighed 11,000# and was 11' high. Finally, Casey of Crystal Car came through. He was patient, diligent, and followed up at every point. He assigned Optimum Drag to our job. The driver/owner of the rig knew exactly what was required to transport our RV and did so without a single scratch or any damage. I definitely highly recommend this company!! Thanks much, Casey!
