Since this was the first time I dealt with having to ship a vehicle across country, I was very apprehensive. I looked up transportation companies on the internet. SCARY! I worried about fraud. I had no idea you have to deal with a broker for your transportation needs. They are the middlemen. Many companies got in touch almost instantly via email. I called Cruise Control Transport. Andrew the owner was polite, courteous and very honest. He explained the process completely. He also told me he was located in Illinois and that comforted me. From the beginning of this transaction, everything went smoothly. The car was picked up the date Andrew promised. The transporter 'Nationwide Transportation" came and was very professional. They did a through job of inspecting my vehicle ( and I mean every little scratch) was documented before it was put on the trailer. I was very happy with the representative that was sent to pick up the car. I video taped the whole process and took the drivers picture as well! I was that worried! The car arrived yesterday and was in perfect condition. Not one single problem! I was so relieved it got to California safe and sound. I would definitely call Cruise Control Transport again, should I ever need to transport a car again. I would highly recommend Cruise Control and give them 5 stars! Thank you, Andrew!
