" Oh sure no problem, we'll have the truck picked up, blah blah". I have never been so frustrated in my life dealing with a Company. They took my deposit with NOproblem at all. They agreed to refund my deposit more than a month ago and I still don't have it credited to my account. More than a week passed by and no pick up. Call after call and no answers either. Finally, I was told that they couldn't find a driver to transport the truck for the amount that THEY quoted. I didn't do priceline on this quote, they actually quoted the price. They decided to refund me the money because they couldn't confirm a driver. So... WHERE'S THE MONEY? I've tried emailing them, replied to their refund notification letter and nothing... I know they read my email because the email status shows it as such. Terrible company.
