I used the transporters review to get an idea of a good transport company to use. I called around some off of the list and Crowley gave me the best price. The customer service started out great until they got my money which was charged to my card in two days. I placed the order on 04/20/10 to be picked up on 4/28/10. That day came and passed so I began to call them as the seller then had my money and the car so I was anxious to get this done. The site says that they have six enclosed transporters but I was told by Michele after the deal that they only had one and they were having a hard time getting one going toward Nebraska. She would never retrun my call although she said that she would. I was sent from person to person and was alyaws told it is in dispatch. Long story short my car was picked up on May 5, 2009 after I ended up increasing my bid to $1025 to try and get it moved only later to have it total $1175 as they said they thought I wanted that price to go directly to the driver which I did not say and it ened up costing me $1175 instead of the original $915 and It was put on an open transport. I see on here that they have made some custoers right by refunding some funds I surely believe that I should be given my $150 back as they knew they had me over a barrell and I needed to get my car home. Overall I was not satisfied with this transaction at all and I would not use them ever again.
