I called for pricing weeks before I actually decided to ship the car. Barry, the sales agent made follow up emails and calls and answered my questions.

I finally decided to ship on a Friday afternoon. The car was picked up the next day, Saturday in Deland. FL.
As we are closed on Mondays, Crowley's office indicated that the car should arrive Tuesday. I indicated that Tues was fine, but there was no rush.

The car arived Wednesday morning. Inspect revealed no damge. No hidden or extra charges.
The driver accepted our company check for the balanc due.

All in all the experience was good. I plan to ship a motorcycle back to FL and will use them again.
