I was scheduled for delivery at 12pm. When at 1:00 pm, still no word, I called to get an idea of ETA and was informed by dispatcher that the truck was in Brooklyn and should be arriving in 30 -40 min. after another hour and 1/2 I phoned Crossroads to inform them that it was now over 2 hours later than I was expecting. I was just inquiring and informing them since they are the broker of this job. Mike informed me that there was nothing that he could do and became quite nasty. I was very taken back by this and told him I would not use this company again because it was unacceptable to be spoken to in that way for no reason. He said "Good!!! Don't use us again. I would rather people who give me grief not call again." WOW!!! What more could I say???? Oh well. I guess I will not be.
Don't get roped up with this company. How rude & unprofessional.
