I never had reason before to contemplate shipping a car. Received many quotes after an online request. Quotes ranged from mid $600s up to nearly $1100. As Crossroads bid was among the lowest, I emailed with a bunch of questions as I knew nothing at all of this subject. The responses I got from Anthony were prompt, friendly, informative, and importantly, "reassuring" to someone like me who knew nothing. As of this writing, the car was picked up in Texas and is scheduled to be in NY in 3 or 4 days which will be fine. I have every confidence that the appropriately licensed shipper and it's driver will deliver this car to me professionally. Anthony at Crossroads would definately seem to be a good contact person for any future auto shipping tasks.
