This is my second time using Crossover Transport. James Randolph is the best person to deal with. He is most accommodating, friendly and reassuring. I have recommended this company to others and I certainly would use them again. James responds very quickly with any and all e-mail questions or concerns. I never had to wait to hear from him. Not many companies I deal with ever exceed my expectations, yet James at Crossover does each and every time. There isn't a score high enough to give him.
