Our Marine contacted Cross Country Auto Transport to transport his new 2010 Chevy Cobolt which they contracted with Ultras Power Trans to pickup and deliver the new vehicle. The two men that picked up the vehicle were extremely nice and willing to provide information on delivery. The vehicle was picked up on a Friday and the driver said that the vehicle would be in California by Monday and ready for delivery on Tuesday. On Wednesday our Marine called UPT and the dispatcher was very upset and nasty to him. On Thursday our Marines oldest sister called to find out the location and delivery time and UPT was just as short with her. I then called Cross Country Auto Transport and talked to dispatcher Ralph. I explained to dispatcher Ralph what happened and he took my phone number and said that he would call back in 5 minutes. It took 4 minutes until I received a call back and dispatcher Ralph told me that he had the total attention of the delivery dispatcher and that our Marine would receive a delivery call by noon the next day. Well all I can say it that our Marine received his new vehicle the next morning. Thank You dispatcher Ralph for going out of your way to get the job done. It was greatly appreciated by our Marine and his family.
