Melinda is always very prompt in responding to transport requests, delivers on her promises, and is always friendly and professional. In addition, if there are any issues in pick up or delivery, Cross Country Customer Service is always right there and easily accessible. They are also proactive in letting us know when there are issues/delays. Really a GRADE A company, and would whole heartedly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable, reasonable and dependable auto transport.
