My Company recieved a quote for services. After 3 days of trying to find out if the vehicle had been picked up, we had MANY unanswered calls or they would put us on hold and never come back, we find out that not only had the unit not been picked up but the order was canceled. The rep had made a mistake and put the wrong pickup location. Instead of making it right they wanted to argue that it was our fault. I even offered to send them the original quote but then was just spoken very rudely to. Our Corporation owns the largest network of Auto Dealerships in Texas, I can assure you we will NEVER use Cross Country EVER! Also at this point we are still owed the original deposit of $150 and were told they "would not" send me verification that it has been refunded! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! BEWARE!
