Kathy from Crib to Crib was excellent. She listened to what I needed and was honest in her answers. I did not have a very good experience, up to this point, with brokers and she came through to bring up the curve. She did what she said ( no surprises) and worked hard to keep me informed during every step of the way. I didn't have a tracking option but Kathy answered any questions between pick up and delivery that I had, punctually. I never doubted that she was working for me and not just trying to beat out her competitors. I would highly recommend her service.
