On December 2, 2013, Crest Trans told me that they could ship my vehicle from Ohio to Texas for a total of $600 If I was flexible with the pick-up date and honored a military discount. I concurred and they found a carrier and booked the date to transport my vehicle on December 12. They told me I had to pay their fee first, and paid them $195 cash via electronic check. When they sent me the contract, they had written in the delivery fee $730. I asked Rick that we had agreed on a total transport fee of $600, he told me not worry about that and that I would pay the carrier $405 upon delivery. Several times I contacted them to give me an update on when my car would be picked up- just to be ignored, they never replied until I heard from the carrier on December 20th, that my car would be delivered on the 21st and had to pay them $800 for delivery. BEWARE of Crest Trans as they will tell you what you want to hear but are completely dishonest, will lie to you, and a terrible auto broker company- this has been a terrible experience.
