Creative Rides was very customer friendly, and I was pleased with the ease of the process to transport my vehicle. Having never needed the service before, I didn't know what to expect. David was very thorough in explaining how the process worked, from what the costs were, the timeline of events, through the vehicle delivery process. David and Ron were instrumental in getting my vehicle back to me in a timel, hassle-free manner. Stouffers Trucking (OH) was also very customer friendly and prompt with the vehicle delivery. I was kept informed of what was happening every step of the way. If I ever needed to have a vehicle transported in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to call Creative Rides.
