I am totally new to the whole transporting of vehicle. Right from beginning to end, Laki the Senior Customer Service agent was quite friendly, made everything transparent, gave lot of good advices irrespective of whether I am going to do business with them or not. He followed-up each step of the way until the car reaches its destination. There are many companies where I have quote lower than what this company offered ? But when I looked at their ratings in Transport Reviews they don't have these ***** (5 Stars) or great reviews what Creative Rides has ?
I am happy that I chose the best company and my car reached safely its destination. I would certainly recommend this company for my friends.
