My vehilce did not get picked up by the transport company Express Delivery. The person where the vehicle was being picked up said they called 3 times but never showed. I got cold feet and decided to find my own company to mone it. Creative refunded my money and I have no problems with them.

Thank you Steve for the review, The carrier "express Delivery" called the pick up in order to set up the pick up end they never showed up. We assign a different carrier but Steve got "cold Feet". We refund his money and wish him luck.
