Before I used Creative Rides I checked their rating on the internet. It was very good so I contacted them. They answered all my many questions honestly and gave me a quote that was $600 cheaper than my previous carrier and among the least cost quotes I received. They picked the car up on the exact day I said it would be available and delivered it about 3 to 4 days earlier than I had expected. The car was extra wide and when they got their it would not fit onto the tailgate lift to allow loading. They called me and worked with the guy who had sold me the car and came up with a solution to the problem. It must have taken them an extra couple of hours but they did not charge me for the trouble. When delivered the drivers were friendly, courteous and seemed knowledgable. There was no damage and I was completely satisfied.
