I was somewhat hesitant on sending my high-end classic vehicle cross country without my supervision; however, Countrywide and John Lewis eased those fears. They politely and professionally answered every call I made to them, which were numerous, to include after hours calls. I, being the discerning customer that I am, posed some extremely difficult questions to John to which he was able to answer accurately and without hesitation. The price charged was exactly as quoted and they actually beat the next best quote by 10 percent. My vehicle was picked-up at the exact time scheduled and was delivered early, to my pleasant surprise. Countrywide is a perfect example of what a solid American Company should be. I can only hope that this nation's conglomerates would return to these types of honest, hardworking and ethical business practices. Countrywide and John Lewis, I commend you!
