We scheduled two months in advanced to have our van shipped from NC to WA.
We contacted them the week before arranged pick up to check in and were reassure that everything would work out and a driver would call 24hr before pick up. We never received a call and so we contacted them everyday for a week after oringinal date of pick up. We were assured that 4 times insentive money was being added to our case to entice drivers. The day my husband was to drive the uhaul out of town they finally confessed that there was no for sure time frame of when and IF it would be picked up.
What a horrible and costly lesson for us. Beware that even though they seem cheaper it may cost you even more than you can afford in the long run.

THIS CUSTOMER REQUESTED CREDIT FOR THEIR DEPOSIT AND RECEIVED FULL REFUND EVEN THOUGH OUR DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE AFTER BEING ASSIGNED TO ONE OF OUR 5 STAR RATED CARRIERS.
