I had a great experience with this company. I don't know what the negative reviews on this site are about, probably a competitor writing trash about this company and trying to take their business. OR it could be because only those who have bad experiences write about it.
My cousin also had a great experience with countrywide auto, which is why I decided to ship with them regardless of the negative reviews on this site. My car was picked up on time, delivered on time and the carrier that was used was very courteous. The customer service provided by Mike was great, so don't forget to ask for him. He was very polite, courteous and honest. At times when I asked for him, I would not get transferred over or I would get transferred to someone else but I guess he was busy attending to other customers. I would totally use countrywide auto again and recommend them to my friends. Thanks Countrywide!
