We go out of our way to ship his car. Answer every single phone call and email from him. We did go down on price and cut deposit in half on his request. Dispatcher assign truck to move his vehicles on June 14th but he wasn't happy because he want driver to hold his vehicle for 4 days before he can accept delivery . Driver cannot hold and store customer vehicle.So Mr. Hiep refuse that driver and we have to cancel the dispatch. We start all over.Than the following day suddenly he call us and cancel the order while dispatcher was working on assigning another driver for him. We did give Mr Hiep very good price and excellent customer service, he canceled order in the middle of process without reason and post bad review. I guess , some people, no meter how much you do for them will turn around and stab you in the back. Just because.Thank you Hiep.We wish you good night sleep.
