I did a review when my vehicle was delivered. I was upset because it was extremely dirty upon delivery. I advised that the service from Countryway was average. The average service I was describing was for the company that picked-up and delivered my vehicle. The service from Susie from Countryway was exemplary. Susie was knowledgeable, personable and extremely professional. I wanted to clarify my review, I did not realize that my review would be a negative reflection on Susie's service.
