I set up my vehicle to be picked up after the 1st of August and they picked it up a few days later and delivered it the next day....1200 miles. While I was waiting to see if anything had happened, I contacted Dorothy via email and asked a question and she responded immediately to me. I did my research ahead of time, and although the weren't the cheapest one I found, they didn't hassle me to pick them like everyone else. They get the job done and I would use them again.
