I was moving to California, and I needed to ship my car over. I've never shipped a vehicle before and Susie was very helpful in explaining the process. She warned me that it may be hard to find a driver because I wanted to ship my car around the weekend of the 4th of July. She managed to find a driver for the Thursday before the 4th, but my car was not ready. She was very accommodating and found me another driver shortly after the long weekend. My car arrived in good condition in 3 days and it cost $880. Throughout the whole process, Susie was easy to reach and responsive. I am very satisfied with CountryWay.
