                        Very interesting. We have no issue taking responsibility with the complaints where we are wrong but I'm surprised how many complains end up here where the customer bears some if not all of the responsibility things went wrong. As in this complaint, we had the vehicle scheduled within the 7 days we ask  for as pick up window. The customer waits 1 month and places the complaint as if his order was just cancelled when it was cancelled on Dec 6th when we had it scheduled for pick up. Because we had it scheduled for pick up  before he cancelled with us he owes us $50 as per our contract.
