I had originally gone with a previous company (viking auto transport) who not only was not able to get my car picked up, but stopped calling me back or picking up the phone when I would call to ask what could be done about the situation. I never got a straight answer from them, and they were extremely rude to me on the phone. After I has already arrived in CA, and my car had yet to be picked up in RI, I called Corporate Auto and talked to Tara.. It was a Sunday and she was working on getting my car picked up, not even her regular office hours. She explained some idea she had to get the car picked up as soon as possible, and sure enough, two day later a driver was loading my car onto the truck. Tara kept constant communication with me, and was extremely helpful, professional, and resourcefull. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a great experience transporting you car!!
